Last night I downloaded FileZilla. When I went to bed there was a desktop shortcut, but when I turned the laptop on the next had no shortcut but two desktop.ini files. Whaaaat. I'm afraid to touch them.

When I got on the phone with HP tech support on Sunday, I told them all the things I'd tried and how said things suggested the dropped connection problem is the computer's, not the router's.
